The Saginaw Public Schools (SPS) Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization raising funds and providing services to encourage excellence and promote high quality education in the Saginaw Public Schools. Its mission is to promote, sponsor, and expand educational opportunities benefiting students and increase community involvement in support of the School District of the City of Saginaw.

It operates under the umbrella of the Saginaw Community Foundation.
